This workshop will be  a highly interactive Motivational Interviewing (MI) in Leadership experience. This will be facilitated live with large group discussion, small group activities and dyad exercises virtually through the use of whole group experience and smaller, focused breakout room design.

As a result of these sessions, you will be able to:

Objectives:

1. Understand MI and Leadership intersection;

2. Practice Eliciting change talk, via MI strategies and using E-P-E method (OARS; Evoking);

3. Giving feedback in an MI adherent way;

4 . Identify 1-2 ways that you will support your/staff MI learning journey;

Zoom instructions and handouts will be sent a couple of days before the date of workshop.

Having attended an introductory MI training prior to this workshop is highly recommended.
